Meeting was called to order by President Matt Clay.

Last month’s minutes were approved. 

Treasurer’s Report-----We have a balance of $4759.00

Chief Steward Report---No report.

Regional Directors Report—The Delegate Assembly minutes were approved.

Business Agent Report—Kathy Fodness talked about continuing site visits.  She congratulated the scholarship winners.  Local 1902 had 3 members receive those.   Jim Monroe needs volunteers for Focus groups.  Cell phone usage is still an issue that needs to be looked at.  Our membership is at 76.15%.

Negotiators Report---Ray Knutson from SPRTC attended our meeting.  He discussed the recent negotiations and reminded members to fill out the forms for ways to save the state money, the form is available on the MAPE website.

He reminded members that resolutions are online for the Delegate Assembly.

This month’s drawing for $15 was Gary Urban—he was present.

Next month’s drawing will be $5.00
