President Dennis Murphy called the meeting to order at 5:33 PM at Ace Bar in St Cloud.

SECRETARY’S MINUTES:  Connie Meyer

Motion was made, seconded and passed to accept the minutes.

TREASURER'S REPORT: Linda Carr

The treasury has a balance of $15492 as 08/31/08
Picnic expenses were discussed.

BUSINESS AGENT REPORT: (Sheila Pokorny)
3 grievances.  Written reprimand at step 1. Oral reprimand denied at step 1.  1 grievance at step 2.
Survey of a demographic breakdown for fair share/full share percentage was passed.  New membership packets brought in and members present were asked to talk to fair shares and give them a packet. 

STEWARD REPORT: Kim McConoughy
Employee Rights Committee – mileage reimbursement issue for members attending meetings.  ERC is requesting funding from reserves.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS REPORT: (Wayne Williams)
Proposal to pay off building with crisis fund passed.  Resolution to allow resolutions to be submitted by region failed.  Monthly meetings resumed passed.  Clarify election rules passed.  Resume Parliamantary procedures passed.
 
OLD BUSINESS:

Meeting dates were discussed. 
A motion was made, seconded and passed to have the delegate assembly deal with resolutions until completed.  If not completed they should reconvene on Saturdays until completed.

Motion was made, seconded and approved  to adjourn the meeting at 6:39 PM.
