MAPE Employee Rights Committee Meeting

April 27, 2007

MSP: The ERC will post ERC approved minutes (only a record of actions – no discussions) on the MAPE website.

MSP: The ERC will pre-schedule six meetings per year. Meetings may be cancelled at the discretion of the chair.

MSP: Subsequent to April 27, 2007 any MAPE represented employee who crosses a MAPE picket line will be ineligible to continue as a MAPE steward, will be ineligible to ever enroll in and take any MAPE steward training and will be ineligible to be certified as a MAPE steward.  – this motion will require Board of Directors action

MSP: The steward decertification review subcommittee will be made up of Bud Kincaid, Alejandro Maldonado and Craig Affeldt.
